Diana Parent

Diana Parent serves as the managing director for Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group, a full service commercial real estate firm offering brokerage, property management, asset recovery, maintenance and development services. In 2007, Indiana Business Journal selected her for the “Future 40” business leaders award.

In addition to her everyday active role in managing the firm and its employees, she provides personal service to her clients providing commercial property, acquisition, disposition and leasing services. Parent has amassed an impressive amount of experience with the sale and lease of countless commercial properties as well as both commercial and residential development projects. Her past professional experience including Duke Realty and CBRE, in addition to transactional success gives her a solid, well rounded foundation as a real estate advisor.

Parent takes her role in the community seriously and enjoys serving on local boards of directors including Children’s Hope, Vincent House, Indiana Women’s CEO Forum and is an active member in the St. Vincent’s de Paul parish.

Adam Probst

Adam Probst is co-owner of Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group…a full service, commercial real estate firm based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  While providing oversight to the company and specializing in senior housing and multi-family, Mr. Probst is involved in investor relations, equity/debt funding, and overseeing development opportunities.

Mr. Probst also assists various LLC’s, and their principals, who are involved in over 60 real estate programs which own office, retail, multi-family, and industrial properties throughout the USA. Their historical portfolio comprises over 2,500 acres, 4,500 units, 5M sq ft, and is approaching $1B in total volume.

Prior to Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group, Mr. Probst worked as VP of AMR, a commercial mortgage banking firm that has produced over $3 billion in CMBS.

Mr. Probst is the Vice Chairman of Youth For Christ.  A graduate from Indiana University, with a Finance/Real Estate degree, he is also an active member in YPO, YMCA, Leadership Forum, The Chapel, and Leadership Fort Wayne.

Mark Baringer

Mark Baringer serves as a Senior Investment Advisor with Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group in Fort Wayne. He specializes in the sale of investment properties including shopping centers, multifamily, office and single tenant NNN properties. His experience includes 1031 exchanges, medical offices and sale/leasebacks. His clients have included real estate investment trusts, corporations, partnerships, banks and local and regional investors. He has been an advisor in commercial and investment real estate for 22 years.

Prior to commercial and investment brokerage, Mark was involved in the banking and appraisal field for seven years. He served in Real Estate Administration for SunTrust Bank in Florida, working on valuation and special projects on a local, regional and national level. He also worked for an independent MAI firm.

He is licensed in Indiana and Ohio.

Neal Bowman

Neal Bowman joined Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group with over 10 years of sales, marketing and real estate experience.  Within Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group, he assists the brokerage, maintenance, property management and corporate divisions with business development and strategic planning.  Neal strongly believes that the crucial factors attributing to a person’s success are long term relationships, integrity, honesty and results. Armed with practical experience as both a business owner and investor, Neal, leveraged with the national presence of SVN, can assist with investment selection, strategies, due diligence, marketing, and transaction services. He is currently in the process of earning the CCIM designation.

Neal lives in the Southwest area of Fort Wayne and enjoys spending time with his wife Molly, son William and twins Jenna & Michael Bowman. His favorite hobbies include real estate investing, football, and music.

Nathan Miner

Nathan Miner serves as Commercial Real Estate Broker & Advisor at Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group and has over 10 years of experience in executive level sales and real estate. Mr. Miner specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties, while having extensive experience throughout all sectors including office, retail and industrial. In addition, he has a strong background and history of success within the retail leasing segment. Mr. Miner is a graduate of the Eastern Michigan University School of Business, as well as a former serviceman in the United States Marine Corp. He is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, The Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce, Fort Wayne Apartment Association-NE Indiana, and Fort Wayne Museum of Art.

Troy Reimschisel

Troy Reimschisel serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group specializing in the sale, acquisition, leasing and management of medical, retail, office and industrial investment properties in Northeast Indiana. With six years of commercial real estate experience, Reimschisel has secured or participated in more than 40 transactions with a career sales volume in excess of $54 million.

                        

Linda Ritter

Linda Ritter is Senior Property Manager for Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group in Fort Wayne. Heading up the firm’s property management division, Linda brings with her over 20 years experience managing a wide array of commercial property types including office (low-rise, high-rise, and medical), retail, and industrial. Her past professional experience with Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and Colliers along with additional markets of Southwest Florida and Dallas have contributed to her standing as a well rounded property management professional.

In addition to her ongoing emphasis on operating her clients’ buildings in as proactively and cost-effectively a manner as possible, Linda has led the ongoing initiative to reduce the carbon footprint of Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group’s management portfolio. A strong proponent of customer service and relationships, Linda has also played a key role in the success of the firm’s new Concierge Program that caters to the needs of Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group’s tenant base. Known early in her career as a problem solver, Linda specializes in turning around challenging situations and properties through persistence, creativity, and continued vigilance of the bottom line.

Linda attended Indiana University and has a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing, and an A.S. in Office Management. She also holds the Certified Property Manager designation and an Indiana Real Estate License. A passionate supporter of literacy enrichment and arts in youth education, Linda has actively volunteered with Southwest Allen County Schools, as well as Junior Achievement and Girl Scouts.
