Diana Parent is the CEO and Managing Director of SVN | Parke Group, a full service commercial real estate corporation.  Diana specializes in institutional investment real estate and has amassed sales, capital leasing and development projects exceeding $2 Billion in her career.  She has earned the respect as a professional advisor and commodity on "Wall Street” as well as “Main Street".
 
Diana is recognized as a Top Broker within SVN International, one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the US.  SVN ranked her #2 in the United States in production thru 2nd Quarter 2012 and in the Top 10 in the US for the years 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008.  In addition to her successful production record for her clients, she also serves on the Board of Directors for SVN International.
 
In 2011, Chicago based Midwest Real Estate News inducted her to the Midwest Hall of Fame making her the youngest woman ever inducted.  In addition, Indiana Business Journal recognized her with their Future 40 business leader award in 2007.  Her past professional experience includes Duke Realty and CBRE, With a Finance Degree from Indiana University, this gives her a solid, well-rounded foundation as a real estate advisor.
 
Although she appreciates the professional accolades, she is most proud of her family and work on community boards and organizations such as Children’s Hope, Vincent House, Indiana Women’s CEO Forum and is an active member in St. Vincent de Paul parish.   Diana is anchored by her 4 children and husband who principally reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana.   Their family is actively involved in St. Vincent de Paul Parish and School, Bishop Dwenger High School, Family Foundations, Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and D-NBA as co-owners of the Fort Wayne Mad Ants franchise.
